Dining Park Restaurant & Lounge Bar is all set to host their ‘Italian Food Promotion with Woodfired D Pizza’ which will start from August 16 to 26. A press meet held on August 14 saw the presence of friends, Italian food enthusiasts, and media.
Known around the world for dishes such as pizza and pasta, Italian cuisine is one of the richest cuisines. Most traditional Italian dishes are deeply rooted in Italian culture, and recipes are often passed down between generations and are cherished for their authentic origins.
Dining Park Restaurant is fortunate to have chefs who have had experience in the kitchen of Hyatt Hotel. Executive Chef, Navneet Verma said, “Italian dishes are essentially made with very few ingredients but the combination and the amount of it is the crux point for the perfection of the dish.”
The event was followed by the tasting of a few Italian dishes. Starting with the delicious on-bite antipasto, Assorted Bruschetta. The crispy grilled bread excellently carries the taste of the various toppings leaving your taste buds teased.
Some of the mains that will be available during the food promotion event are Lamb Osso Bucco with Gremolata, Grilled Lamb Chops with Rosemary Jus, Risotto Carbonara, Spaghetti (Lamb Bolognese) and of course Fire Wood Pizza. All the dishes were prepared with utmost care using authentic ingredients such as San Marzano Tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Mozzarella imported from Italy. The Chef even mentioned that some dishes need to be cooked for as long as six to seven hours, saying that flavour cannot be rushed and good things take time.
